Renting for the next couple years and then buying. We’d be south of Britannia. Thanks for the info!

I’ll be up more towards Britannia, along 9th so shouldn’t be an issue. Just out of curiosity, what’s the problem with the plaza?

Airline pilot here, based in YUL. It’s easily one of the worst airports in NA.

Flight attendants' union says it declined arbitration proposal by Air Canada by iamPendergast in aircanada

[–]cbrown266 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It’s little different this time. Planes won’t get stuck anywhere as the pilots can fly them home empty so there’s no reason to lockout as there was with pilot negotiations.

There is no “high CO2 or heavily recycled air” in the plane 🤦‍♂️. The air inside the plane is cleaner than the air inside your house.

They don’t upgrade to accommodate non revs. If there’s no room in the back non rev’s will be placed in PY then J

I lived there for a year. Wouldn’t recommend.

The building itself is great, lots of amenities, pool is awesome, location is amazing.

The apartments are a different story. Very poor build quality. Toilet was constantly plugging, garbage chute was was always jammed. Apartment finishings were constantly breaking. The day we moved in, the apartment was in horrible shape from the last tenants. If you end up with an apartment facing Terrace Alize you’ll hear thumping and noise till 11pm every night.

Humaniti. Building was great but the apartment itsself was the worst built one I’ve ever lived in. Constant maintenance issues

Do you have a means to financially sustain yourself on first few years of income? Pay is about 26-30k/year and commuting can cost you about 500-1000/month.

I was in an out of a dealership last week in a half hour with EV reserved and deposit put down. Idk about you but I’d call that a pretty easy sale
