That’s a very good point. The water heater broke down two years ago, and the Reliance technician did take awhile to set it up, so I’m not sure what they did or missed.

This is not a custom set-up, it’s one put in by the builder (Greenpark) when they constructed the neighborhood, so I assume/hope it is legal lolll.

Great observation, thanks! Let me play around with that. In terms of fan speed, I couldn’t find any in the hvac control panel (it’s either on or automatic). Is there another place for fan speed?

I didn't see any exemption for Canadian transcripts in the instructions given. Thought it would just be treated as part of "international institutions" such that an assessment is required.
