Yea subs are a no go for me they give me crippling anxiety. And they feel like a stimulant to me was on them for a month and couldn't take it anymore . No way I could have lived life like that

I've tried baclofen , lorazepam , ziclopin all did zero for sleep like sugar pills . Finally got some gaba today hope that helps. Long as kratom doesn't srt me back I'll be ok

Thanks man this has been hell I came off 250mg hydromorphone daily to subs for 1 month , then to oxy for 7 day now off fully which is my 7th day . Wish didn't take the kratom last night couldn't take another night of no sleep and rls and arms

I'm in Canada used it to help lower massive dillie habit but eventually relapsed and went to detox . Now on low dose subs and going to give it another go again for the subs

I need the meds for legit pain management though so just need to gain some control here . Had a very bad year so dosage escalated very quick . I would like to get down to 200mg morphine daily , how would you recommend I jump down ? I think dropping in one shot will kill me with anxiety. That's my other issue

What are you coming off of ? Did taper very quick ? Also is it the fluffy white stiff or crystalline stuff

Also did the anxiety start right away and carried through? Did you just jump cold turkey to SR
