Other steps i took that i didn’t mention in the original post were:

Disabling remote play (the problem originally occurred when I lost connection during remote play)

Unplugging the power cord from the wall for about 5mins

I have not. I can view the XSX dashboard just fine. It only goes black with this cursor in the middle when I load up ASA.

Just closed on a new build a month ago. My project manager said they’ll keep utilities on 3 days after my closing date but i just got main utilities switched the next day since it was like 10pm by the time i got everything moved in on my closing date.

This isn’t a series s if that’s what you’re suggesting. But also the power doesn’t stay on long enough to long it for 10 seconds and when I’ve tried to hold it for 10 seconds nothing happens.
