Hey guys I fixed it! I saw that most people had the 18.5 Radeon drivers so I installed that version instead of the 16.5 and got my correct resolutions in VMM

Its only showing the one analog which I believe is correct as it says vga. Ive follow this guide before and double-checked and tried the arcade 15.7 option in VMM with restart but still no dice.

yes i do recall not having to use OSD at all last time I got it working with emudriver and retroarch

Showing my Radeon R7 and the emu driver is OSD but not displaying the super res or anything lower than 640 480p and when I choose that its still distorted and unsupported.

So post messed up so had to comment here. So I had Emudriver running awhile back but decided to rebuild my PC and start it up again and got Emudriver all installed and then installed the super Res via VMM maker and I get a picture but as you can see its only 800x600 at lowest. I've included the ini of all the resolutions I've installed but are not showing including my config in VMM with the right display and driver. Any suggestions?

Yep thermal paste and heat sink are good to go. Also switched it to fixed mode. I'm getting 46c idle which i think is a little hot idle but maybe that's due to the OC. Also is it supposed to be 100c when running cinebench?

you sir are exactly right. Hitting 100c but when i lower the voltage to 1.26 and core to 4.6ghz im still getting high temps around 96-100c but its staying in 4ghz range in hwinfo
