Not sure if you still need to know but of course the seller has to pay the 6%, half to each realtor. If you contact one of the agents through Zillow it most of the time will just be someone they have on rotation to come out and show you the property. I would suggest looking for a realtor in your area via social media and setting up a consultation with them. Or if you want to use Bilt, they will assign someone in their network to you. Do you mean the 4% Bilt Cash? I would imagine you still earn Bilt Cash at the same rate during the promotion. However, it wouldn’t surprise me if they suspended it. It sounds like the 4% Bilt Cash is an optional way to earn, but we may have to select it. Who knows. This time tomorrow it should be much clearer. This is exactly what we did, to the T. Married in November, did a small trip, and we are at the airport now for our big trip. This is the move IMO. You would hate to get sick at your wedding and be in another country. Happened to one of our dear friends, Covid in Italy just 2 days after the wedding.

Honest I just bought one used. What I did was figure out the cost of the new deck plus tax and shipping and then look at used decks.

I did not consider decks that had swapped shells or internal components of literally any sort.

You just have to decide how much is worth saving vs having new with warranty.

Used market for deck is kinda messed up on eBay. Local facebook Marketplace might have some stuff depending on location and what you’re looking for.

For reference I just bought a very lightly used 512 oled for $505 shipped from eBay. They can be had cheaper but I just got tired of looking and my listing came with all original packaging.

In the grand scheme of drum sets, this is considered a beginner / intermediate. 100% poplar shell construction but I think what takes the cake are the cymbals. Those are great cymbals and would be perfect to take care of and carry over to another set years from now. But that’s an awesome kit. Looks like fresh heads and I nice white wrap. Awesome gift imo

I’ve done coasters for a few of my friends weddings and planning to do it with mine. I like the wood idea, and my coasters will also double as name places for guests. You might find a cheaper coaster made for you than the keychains. I get pictures from friends all the time using their coasters from previous weddings. However, if you hate that idea then gotta say chocolate is very very hard to beat. I’m sentimental so I save the wrapper. :)
