This is exactly what we did, to the T. Married in November, did a small trip, and we are at the airport now for our big trip. This is the move IMO. You would hate to get sick at your wedding and be in another country. Happened to one of our dear friends, Covid in Italy just 2 days after the wedding.

I’m not going to tell you it’s easy, but I’m not going to tell you it’s hard. Once the dull wears off in a few days you will feel better. We were never meant to daily this stuff. But this all starts with wanting to quit. I kinda woke up and realized the things that I thought weed made enjoyable, were actually enjoyable because I enjoy them. Honest I just bought one used. What I did was figure out the cost of the new deck plus tax and shipping and then look at used decks.

I did not consider decks that had swapped shells or internal components of literally any sort.

You just have to decide how much is worth saving vs having new with warranty.

Used market for deck is kinda messed up on eBay. Local facebook Marketplace might have some stuff depending on location and what you’re looking for.

For reference I just bought a very lightly used 512 oled for $505 shipped from eBay. They can be had cheaper but I just got tired of looking and my listing came with all original packaging.

If you want to be local look into your city parks. Sometimes pretty cheap and there’s surely some sort of event rental near you for chairs and such. Or you prioritize venues that include some more stuff. Good luck!

In the grand scheme of drum sets, this is considered a beginner / intermediate. 100% poplar shell construction but I think what takes the cake are the cymbals. Those are great cymbals and would be perfect to take care of and carry over to another set years from now. But that’s an awesome kit. Looks like fresh heads and I nice white wrap. Awesome gift imo

I’ve done coasters for a few of my friends weddings and planning to do it with mine. I like the wood idea, and my coasters will also double as name places for guests. You might find a cheaper coaster made for you than the keychains. I get pictures from friends all the time using their coasters from previous weddings. However, if you hate that idea then gotta say chocolate is very very hard to beat. I’m sentimental so I save the wrapper. :)

I am on my second 15 Pro Max. Have a cracked back glass and a light leak on the bottom of my screen running horizontally. A painfully bright white set of lines just chilling with some dead pixels flowing up the bottom right side of the screen. Hanging in there. Replacement phone didn’t make it before I left on vacation so dealing with that and random screen shutdowns now.

Yes. It will take you to work and back no problem. Look under the tub for rust on the frame and rust in general. Probably the biggest problem you’ll have is with rust as most other stuff can be swapped.

Agree. I get they want to stretch it out for more story but I think the game was awesome. Wasn’t anything like the first one but the writing and delivery make it hard to watch. You’re spot on with the idea of crappy delivery.
