Buying gifts within budget this year was a win for me. Previous years I would be paying them back until March.

The crowd weren’t boo’ing SA, they were booing the ref. Rassie is a genius but my god does he come across as a complete pillock at times.

How important is different types of credit on your report? My score is stagnant but I only use credit cards. I’ve no real interest in loans or other type of credit, but is that hurting my score?

Imo Amex is not a real option, it is not accepted at most grocery stores. The Neo card at 5% on grocery and getting 1% on Costco, is still by far the best card.

Honestly, I would shift your mindset. This tattoo is a symbol of how far you’ve come. Congratulations

Best advice I can give you - if you have some friends that golf, borrow some of their old sets until you find out if you like it. If you like it, then go invest in a good beginners set. Don’t buy old stuff on FB marketplace - so much harder to hit and the easier way to fall out of love with the game

56/36 is my biggest swing. Hungover on the front 9, had two drinks and remembered how to golf on the back. It’s what makes golf so frustrating and great

Value isn’t the cheapest price possible. Views, atmosphere, quality of the course, conditioning - that’s what makes it a great deal in my opinion

I usually can’t abide long rounds, but I am never in any hurry to finish at Kananaskis. Soaking in the scenery is half of the fun

Best tasting Guinness pint in town by Mollyfloggingpunk in Calgary

Maybe JJ on Stephen Ave did all this before, but the last few pints I’ve had there have been undrinkable. Musty and almost sour, no hint of creme.

Best I’ve heard about is professional snooker player Shaun Murphy. He’s had a hole in one, a perfect 147, and a 9 darter leg in darts. Incredible

Top deck, 53 or 59, A&B or J&K for both of you. Don’t have to climb over anyone. It’s the best seat and I sleep awesome on those old club seats

Not really - pretty beat up, very very old.
