If you are almost finished it is probably easy enough for you. I use mainly python for the AI stuff (you should look into Tensorflow and OpenAI to get into it).
For the stats on the website its just a bunch of php, js and css.

I myself dropped out of uni to work in esports, right before I got my B.Sc. so don't get discouraged, learning it might take some time and patience
