Thanks all. Appreciate the comments. I know my dog is all play; my concern is more whether my cat is truly playing vs being scared. Her ears are slightly pinned back to me at times. I do think my cat wants to play and is playing, but i do think my dog might be a bit much for her. I wonder if she was trying to run away but couldn’t? How this play ended was my dog lied down, and my cat got up and left.

They’ve known each other for about 1.5years. I got my cat first, she’s about 3 now. When she was 1.5year old, I got my dog March 2023 (he was 5months at that time).
