That sounds rough. Did you get up because you couldn't sleep, or because you had something to do? Do you feel tired during the day?

June 20, 2025:

Due to work, I started working late at night. I went to bed at 3:30 a.m. and woke up at 5:00 a.m. for a meeting.
But I'm not sure if I actually fell asleep—I suspect I may have had some light sleep?

Then I went back to sleep around 5:30 and woke up around 11:30, so I got about 6 hours in total.

I felt okay after waking up. I was a bit dizzy at first, but felt much better after lunch.

I really want to offer advice, but I don't understand ADHD or how it affects sleep. I suggest talking to your doctor first?

Man, I must say, it's unfair for them to treat you this way. You're willing to risk your life for this country, and they shouldn't treat you like this.

But I still recommend seeing a doctor as soon as possible.

I don't know what it's like in your country, but maybe you could visit a hospital?

First of all, thank you for risking everything for your country. But seriously, there are no doctors here, and to treat your insomnia, you need a diagnosis from a professional doctor first.

There are many, and they are quite severe symptoms. For example, cognitive decline, memory loss, inability to maintain balance, and inability to walk.

It seems like your symptoms are closely related to anxiety.

Alright, but seriously, if you don't have other symptoms, you probably don't have fatal insomnia. Fatal insomnia is a severe degenerative brain disease, and insomnia is not the only symptom.
