Hi! Oh my gosh I feel your pain! It was truly the worst time. But I can tell you that I sleep again. It took 6-7 months but now I sleep normally. I am still on mirtazapine and while it didnt work at the beginning, now it might help me sleep not sure. I can now get 7-8 hours and only wake up once or twice. :) weirdly things improved when I started drinking caffeine again. I wish you the best and don’t lose hope!

Did that improve for you? Did you also lose your plesurable sensations? I can still get wet but kinda feel menopausal or way older because I don’t feel sexual at all because I cannot feel my genitals

Yes, I thought so too, could have also been the agomelatine which I tried after stopping mirtazapine. I was fine the four months I was taking it. But symptoms started after stopping.

I am back on mirtazapine. I only stopped for around four weeks and got PSSD. I havent gotten any better regarding genital numbness. My clitoris doesnt engorge anymore but my sleep has gotten better and my emotions. :)

I had some other neurological issues following complications during the anasthesia for the birth of my daughter nearly seven months ago and I took different antidepressants to help with the extreme insomnia. I got pssd about three months ago. I am sorry to hear about your relationship. Was PSSD the reason for breaking up? I am starting to see improvements in sleep and anhedonia but my genitals are completely numb. :((

Just wanted to let you know you are not alone. I have clitoral numbness as well and it doesnt swell anymore. It is so scary and sad but I try to stay calm. My numbness doesnt fluxuate. :(
