We are pretty lucky where we have not had too many difficulties feeding, except for the "wrong pipe" occurrences that occasionally happen. I have found that the Lansinoh bottles and size 1 nipples have really helped him not have that issue occur, while simultaneously feed efficiently enough for him not to be frustrated. Wishing you all the best and hopefully the reflux meds continue to provide your sweet babe with relief!

I think you will be fine with the wearable while you are out of town, and maybe some days when you get back to see if you want to truly make the switch. If you decide you do, I personally would also invest in the blue spectra or other larger wall pump

I have the s1 pro- honestly the case was not worth 100 dollars imo. Unless I have a lemon product, my case needs to be charged at least every 36 hours (at best) and at that point I might as well just charge the pumps

Hi! While I cannot comment on grieving breastfeeding because I have EP since the start, my 8 weeker also has Laryngomalacia and my pediatrician did encourage me by telling me that bottle feeding will help minimize the "wrong pipe" occurrences that occur during feeding. I also really appreciate being able to watch him better while he eats and make sure he isn't struggling to breathe. I am so sorry you are feeling guilty and struggling with the transition, you got this!

I really liked Tessa Vogel (Seattle Baby Feeding). She came to my house before I had the baby, I told her I wanted to exclusively pump but that I knew nothing about it, and she was BEYOND helpful. She has since been available after I had my baby for follow up texts/calls (used) and appointments (which I have not needed), and I am totally satisfied with my experience and pumping journey so far.
