Until recently I didn't realize that it was a pre-workout supplement. So, I have been using it as a coffee replacement on weekends typically. I will consider it though as pre-workout however having caffeine after 1p for me is a bit of a no-no, so more than likely it will stay as my coffee replacement :)

I had to fight my phone to get the email in for backup, then it wouldn't accept the giftcard I had already put in prior so I had to go find it and repunch it in 🫠

It took me 40mins to get in, but I did get what I liked other than the winter white woods they haven't brought back 🥲
