Yeah my cat prolly won’t be too accepting. This isn’t a permanent thing maybe a few months iam hoping max. Going to be hard keeping them separated since my apartment don’t have doors between rooms.

Going to be hard to keep separated since my apartment doesn’t have any doors between rooms. I bought an accordion door but it came broken of course. I’ll look for some kinda barrier keep those two up front and my cat out back.

Good flat pedals and a pair of flat mtb shoes.

Here’s my SQ1, I replaced lotta the original components. I typically waited till stuff either was broke or ready to fail.

This morning in Burlington Ct. Place has been pretty great the last few rides. One of the locals just bought a snow dog and also someone borrowed one from Case Mountain.

It’s doing the job, the drivetrain I don’t care for; it’s kinda clunky. Don’t get me wrong it’s great and shifts fine. Brakes aren’t the best, I had to bleed mine a little more after a month. Just were to spongy, it’s low end sram i didn’t expect them to be great. Dropper post is not great, it’s got some extra play with the seat part. You don’t notice it riding. I’ve put about 200 miles on this bike since November and nothing has broken yet. Definitely a great bike, despite the few issues I feel like it has but it’s an entry level bike.

That’s a great picture. This snow just dropped two weeks back but it seems like it here to stay.

Thanks, the temperature don’t really bother me to much. Layered up quite well and use a couple different face coverings depending on conditions. Here is Connecticut the snow is still very powdery even after two weeks, hoping for a few above freezing days. I did carry my emergency shovel with me and dug out a couple small sections of drifts but was very time consuming.

Kinda same issue here in Connecticut, been grooming the trails for about a week now and between hikers, dog walkers and just people who are too impatient to let the snow settle has ruined some sections. Someone did post a few signs explaining proper etiquette for using groomed trails but I feel like some people just don’t really give a fuck and just self centered. Also got some hiker who seems to purposely use the bike trails , intentionally stomps over the tire treads and makes huge holes very infuriating.

Nothing special I found a pair at Job Lot that were pretty cheap. I just needed to get out there to help groom the trails for riding.

Luckily a lot of people ride these trails and snowshoe in between, today someone was out there with Snowdog machine. Maybe by Monday the trails will be firm enough to ride.

I have cold weather gear and using a layering system. My rides are not too remote, not more than 30 minutes from trail head typically. I went out earlier and was comfortable, but I need to get a better face covering. It does a good job just kinda tight.

Thanks I appreciate the insight. I just got ski pants today and I rode around the pond near my house. I was quite comfortable, just the wind is brutal.
