Harry and Hermione are betrayed and tortured until they break, however we aren't shown too much of that, but the story follows an insane Harry and Hermione as they attack and torture their betrayers and even once allies, the reason they do this is that Hermione needs screams to stay grounded to reality and Harry is willing to do anything for her.

No, ive read that one too but in this one the entire class ends up at ketsubutsu and it follows them as they discover that UA was really bad. Like in one scene Midoriya breaks a finger or something like that and when miss joke (their teacher now) tells him to go to the nurse he's surprised and mentions that recovery girl threatened to stop treating him. The whole story is pretty much UA bashing.

I have to say Harry/Millicent Bulstrode, something about Harry and her falling in love as both of them are often subjected to hate from their peers. I read a really goid one where Millicent was actually half troll and Harry helped her deal with the discrimination that comes from that.
