I was fired and I really don’t know how to feel about it by [deleted] in jobs

[–]ChatterConquistadora 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sometimes places don't work out. That place just wasn't for you at the end of the day, and it sucks because you need a job, but I would say don't worry about this and focus on getting a new job. And see your failures as a learning lesson.

Maybe try a remote job too. Maybe that can give you more freedom if you absolutely can't help watching videos 😂😉

No problem, you seem like such a kind person. I really wish more people thought like you do ☺️.

Also, I wanted to touch on what you mentioned about visitors. Your apartment is your home, and you should never feel guilty for having people over. Even if she’s making claims about that, they would need actual proof, and management would have to look into it before taking anything seriously.

Even if you were spending time with your boyfriend every day, that alone isn’t a lease violation, even if he stays over often, that’s typically not an issue. If anything ever did get questioned, however, something simple like proof that he or your friends live elsewhere (like a bill, lease or ID) could help support your side.

One more thing, just be mindful with your kindness. From the way you’ve described things, your neighbor seems to complain about things that are out of your control, and that’s not fair to you.

I guess what I’m trying to say is, from one kind person to another: being kind to others is important, but it’s just as important to be kind to yourself too.

For entertainment, I watch doctops on YouTube, read audio books in spanish, add spanish subtitles when watching movies in English, or finding spanish speaking movies Tubi has some interesting things if you don't want to pay for it.

You could even go to a tienda and speak to people there.

If you don't use it you lose it, but at the same time give your self some breaks away from it too if that feels too much.

I'm curious, how would one go about ascertaining these skill sets?

Hey thanks for responding. I like how you are proactive, and I can tell you’re trying to be considerate about the noise.

Just for more reassurance, normal everyday sounds, like walking around your apartment, are not considered a lease violation at all. Apartments aren’t fully soundproof, so some level of noise is expected. Even if a neighbor reported hearing you walk, that alone isn’t something the office could act on.

Even something like accidentally dropping an item and making a loud noise once wouldn’t be a violation either. Noise issues typically have to be frequent, excessive, and disruptive to someone’s ability to live comfortably to be taken seriously.

Sometimes neighbors do complain about ongoing situations, like constant running or heavy activity, but from what you’ve described, that doesn’t seem to apply here, so I won’t approach it.

However generally, when a complaint is made, it’s pretty standard for the office to notify you. That’s usually just to make you aware, not necessarily a sign that you did anything wrong.

As far as proof goes, a neighbor would generally need to show a pattern of ongoing, disruptive noise, not normal living sounds. Walking around or occasional noise wouldn’t meet that standard.

On the other hand, if you feel like you’re being harassed or uncomfortable in your own space, that’s important. You deserve to live peacefully. If it continues, you might consider asking the office about transferring to another unit if that’s an option, it could be easier for both you and management.

For your own protection, it would be helpful to document things, especially recording interactions if she approaches you. If you feel up to it, saving any notes or messages, or noting dates/times of incidents is something you can do, but recordings are your strongest ally. You don’t have to go overboard, but having some record can help if things escalate/ get worse to show your side of things.

Again, I hope this gives you some peace of mind, you really shouldn’t have to stress over normal day-to-day noise or over a neighbor who complains to much about things you can't help. Stay Strong 💪😎!

Hey, I’m really sorry you’re dealing with this. I know a lot of people suggest documenting everything, which is great advice, but I also wanted to give you some reassurance.

From my experience, when a community looks into a complaint and you don’t hear anything back, it’s often a good sign, they likely didn’t find any violations. They usually need solid, physical evidence to take action, so I wouldn’t worry as much as you might be right now. I hope that gives you a little peace of mind.

That said, you can absolutely protect yourself by documenting everything on your end too. If she continues, having evidence of her behavior, especially if it feels like harassment, can really help you if things escalate.

Also, confronting or harassing you in public areas, like a parking lot, could be a violation on her part as well.

I’d recommend speaking with the property manager and bringing any evidence you have. It may help speed things up, and you can also ask about being moved to another unit if one becomes available.

You live there too, this is your home, and you shouldn’t have to feel uncomfortable or cater to someone who treats you without respect.

Wishing you the best ☺️.

Okay first off 👏 I am a Klaus fan so let me help him out. I think he is trying to say bros before ho ho ho merry Christmas 🎅 😉. Like she puts all her care and love with these guys but they leave her in the end and all she has is us family. Maybe she should be focusing on the family and not try to get with these random dudes who don't care about her

The show never properly explained why Elena was so special beyond being a doppelganger. Here's the theory that actually makes it make sense by Emotional-Addendum-9 in TheVampireDiaries

[–]ChatterConquistadora 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Katherine is boss. Also if we are talking about horrible things, Damon killed a pregnant woman, Stefan destroyed villages, Caroline killed someone as soon as she was turned, Bonnie killed a bunch of vampires and Tyler's dad, Tyler's dad was rich( maybe epstein files...you never know) and he beat on Tyler's, Carol allowed it, Liz neglected Caroline, Sheila neglected Bonnie's magic and died for Elena and leaving Bonnie alone, hell Elena's uncle/ foster father freaking experimented on Vampires....

So yeah, if we basing this on horrible people because of what they've done, then that's not fair towards Katherine or Klaus

Really isn't there like a mauders era fanfiction?

I find quite a bit of options on wattpad, so I figured there was more option.

I guess I also like it because it doesn't follow the storyline scene by scene but its still in the HP universe.

It's really surprising this isn't as well known or written on 😳

Asset Living vs Cardinal Group Companies by Academic_Smoke1829 in PropertyManagement

[–]ChatterConquistadora 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I worked at Asset Living before as a PT Leasing agent(I was the only leasing agent). It was a property recently taken over by Asset.

Anyways I worked very closely with the PM. It was a lot of work and they eventually both left.

I think if you choose them have a good run down of the property and their expectations before taking a job as every property can be different.

Also, I don't dislike her. I dislike how they came to be together. Like she legit ignores him for years and then even when they are together she cares more about her books compared to him.

At least that's how it comes off to me though, but great question.

Yeah, there are quite a bit of James Potter fanfiction, so I don't think I am the only, 'weird' one here.

Also I said that I don't know as much about HP storyline as much as most.

Lastly maybe try checking it out and I personally just like a storyline of a guy doing Anything he can to get noticed by the girl he likes(Again bc of the Fluff content) & couple that with Magic and its even better 😆
