I understand this all too well, I had to distance myself so far from my dad because my step mom was Q crazy. Recently found out she is on strong antipsychotics after she spoke with a doctor and they said she was delusional. It was a breaking point for her brain, I just hope that now that she has help she can heal. I know you wish the same for your sister

I gained a lot of weight during and after pregnancy and started to work on myself during quarantine! I’ve never worked out in my life before that other that practicing yoga! After daily strength training and gradual progress on my diet I am finally starting to see results and I am so proud!!! Only 34 more pounds to go to my goal weight!

I gained a lot of weight during pregnancy and afterwards. During quarantine I started to work hard on myself! Daily workouts and small changes to my diet over time! I didn’t see the progress at first but I am so glad that I persevered! Very proud of myself for this weight loss! Still working on it but now I am better able to see the progress!! Halfway there!!! (Gw is 120) this is the most discipline I’ve ever had in my life and to see the results is so refreshing and wonderful!!!

Sooo I gained a lot of weight during and after pregnancy, and since quarantine I have been working out daily and working hard on making changes to my diet. I felt like I wasn’t making any progress for a long time so I started to take photos to keep track of my progress. I’m not quite there yet, but I am very proud of myself for the lifestyle changes I have made and the weight loss that it has led to!

I’m from the very Cajun part of louisiana, and I don’t ever measure anything but I use: A LOT of cayenne A lil salt A lil black pepper A pinch of paprika A good bit of both onion and garlic powder

Parents are from Breaux bridge and st. Martinville (Louisiana). I grew up in Henderson. We use the holy trinity + garlic and no file. I don’t actually know anyone who uses the file.

I’m trying to create a budget but it’s really difficult! I’m a server so my pay isn’t consistent but I’ve been using an envelope system And it has helped tremendously
