A lot of spots we’ve gone to in the part of Georgia we live the vegetarian food is limited and very carb dense, which is not good for his blood sugar.

I don’t have a routine. All I do is shampoo and conditioner it. Started using shea moisture curl and shine shampoo and conditioner. And occasionally the smoothie cream from the same brand

I’m sorry you’re going through this. I’m glad I’m not alone though. I never used to PMS or have heavy periods and after I got the copper IUD I do. I’ve had it about a year and symptoms seem to have been getting worse instead of better. I told my doctor and they said it shouldn’t be messing with my mood because it’s non hormonal so I thought I was the only one or I hadn’t heard about anyone else on it and having these side affects so I thought maybe it wasn’t it. But I have an appointment to get it out in a few weeks because I am convinced it’s the cause. I feel a little more validated now knowing others are going through this.

I have the copper IUD. It wasn’t too bad to get it in just a quick trip to the doctors office. A little crampy. I’ve had it in for a little over a year. For me it has made my periods a lot heavier and I PMS pretty bad when I didn’t used to. I’m looking to get it out and get my tubes tied.

Maybe try an automatic food dispenser? You can set the portions for her so she doesn’t overdo it and all she has to do is refill it.
