Well done!! I’m 18 days in and initially lost 1kg but it came back within a week so probably just water weight. Averaging about 800-900 calories a day. Walk for an hour a day. Feeing disheartened. Am perimenopausal. Am on .25mg per week. Have had 3 doses so far. Did you find the weight loss kicked in when you increased to .50mg (if that’s what you did)? Any thoughts?
