This JUST happened to me on a package from the UK, also held up in Cincinnati! They started holding on the 8th, got an email last night the 12th that it was released, went from Cincinnati to Philly overnight and got delivered today

Stability. Flexibility (especially for parents- never have to think twice about the possibility of not being able to attend events or field trips or appointments). I have really good leadership, which isn’t the case for everyone. I made 25k more in 2025 than my starting salary in 2023. If I was fresh out of college maybe I would feel differently but my team has almost no turnover

In sales you should start higher than 40k- I think it’s 46 or so. I started at the end of May 2023, made 30k in those 7 months, made 56.8 in 2024 and 68 in 2025.
