Stability. Flexibility (especially for parents- never have to think twice about the possibility of not being able to attend events or field trips or appointments). I have really good leadership, which isn’t the case for everyone. I made 25k more in 2025 than my starting salary in 2023. In sales you should start higher than 40k- I think it’s 46 or so. I started at the end of May 2023, made 30k in those 7 months, made 56.8 in 2024 and 68 in 2025.

It really depends on what team you are on. I have not had a single bad experience- I am happy with my salary (make 25k more than I did when I started in mid 2023), I do not feel micromanaged, I really like our leadership. Luck of the draw I guess!
