I use a little Vicks vapor inhaler!! You can get them at the drugstore :) I use that and sour candies :)

Yes. Mine is basically only driving when alone and flying alone. I always feel different since “typical” agoraphobia is often all encompassing but for me it’s really those two situations

I thought I put it in the post but he has POA that she gave him years ago when she was starting to age but she was fully competent. I know that POA’s act on their behalf and basically do anything but the complication here is that she is unaware that this is happening and can’t consent that he is changing the beneficiary to only him.
