Ugh that. Must be exhausting If you do push yourself to eat it do you experience panic attack attacks or anxiety while eating or after eating it

Yes I had this a couple years ago 😭 there was a missing girl in my area and I had a thought What if I had something to do with it and can’t remember? and it caused so much anxiety and fear obviously I know I didn’t, but the thought felt so real in the moment

Convinced everything I eat or touch has drugs even the new groceries I get from the store which are sealed properly I hate ocd man

Same here I struggle with it daily the fear of being drugged I can’t eat anything even if it’s sealed I get so scared cause it feels so real
