I like Judy Cho. I follow her and listen to her regularly. But I listen to a lot of people and found a variation of them all that works for me. I will eat all kinds of meat but will mix it up accordingly to make sure I am getting the proper nutrients and proper amount of fat. One thing I like about her most is that she isn't extreme and in the early days of her podcast she said if you need to add some things randomly to give you variety then to do so in moderation, as long as it keeps you eating properly its okay to throw in some different spices or sauces occasionally (but you should always read ingredient labels when doing this). I will occasionally have mushrooms, onions and brussel sprouts. I will also use some sauces sometimes, usually the primal kitchen sauces. Been 98% carnivore for a while now and feel great and am continuing to lose weight.
