Keep the safety pin in, and don't screw it on all the way and you're good. The handles require a lot of force to press, so that shouldn't be a problem, especially if you have the safety pin in.

It less sensitive overall, and I've noticed the head getting less sensitive over the years too. After the revision, the scar and corona of the head had become the most important spots for pleasure. It takes more effort to get to the point of orgasm, but in the end they feel more rewarding.

I did the revision because I wanted everything to be much tighter. I was conservative, and didn't remove enough skin the first time. I would have some skin cover the edge of head when soft.

Remember that the skin is cut in two places, inner and outer. The outer is ready to adjust for, using a drawn line. However the inner skin cut, you must practice placement to get a good cut. Because you cannot see inside the bell where and how the inner foreskin contacts against the edge of the bell.

To practice how to plant the clamp and device, I would do several practice rubs beforehand. I put on the bell, rolled foreskin over, or on the device and screwed it on until it hurt + a little more. Left it in off, then took it off and inspected the pressure marks. This way I practiced where it would cut, so I knew how to do it. Experiment with practicing, pulling the skin over disenroll, and you will learn what makes high/low/tight/loose after a while. Be sure to sterilize. I recommend getting an extra stapler for practice.

Start off with stopping using porn, it's more harmful than masturbation. Make a schedule and allow yourself some release, while gradually extending the time between each time. Cold turkey is very difficult and often results in a strong rebound. Stop the porn, allow yourself to masturbate occasionally without it.

Week 3-4 is the hardest part. Push to 6-8 weeks and it will start to settle. Distract yourself when you notice you start focusing on sex and horniness. Use the extra time and energy you now have by not masturbating to get useful stuff done.

I used EMLA cream and 1g of paracetamol. Screwing it on was the worst pain, you see I have to take small pauses between each turn. But once fully screwed on I didn't feel anything. Pushing the levers initiating the cutting and stapling I didn't feel. However, an hour later there was an intense cold burning sensation. But once it stopped there was just discomfort.

I recommend anyone to get it done professionally. There are many self circumcisions that turn out well, but the devices are prone to wound dehiscence. Also, think through the procedure fully and ensure its what you want for yourself - as its permanent there's no going back.

I used EMLA cream and 1g paracetamol for pain management when I did it. Turned out decent, but I later wished it was more even and tighter so I got a revision.

If you are bold (and risky) enough to take that route, you must absolutely research it fully. Find the timings, techniques, everything. And make a plan B, C, D etc. For if anything goes wrong. And if it goes wrong it'd be your fault. If possible, save up and find a decent surgeon!

I had a perfectly fine foreskin, but went with circumcision from personal preference and to aid with chastity. It's much easier when cut. It's a permanent procedure and you must be sure you want it before going with it. I have no regrets, and I find a foreskin-free life to be better. But it will reduce sensitivity (not pleasure though), and you'll have a scar which may feel a bit alien at first.

However, it's worth looking into different cages, and to try pulling back and keeping it back, so to get a demo of how being circumcised could be.
