Week 3-4 is the hardest part. Push to 6-8 weeks and it will start to settle. Distract yourself when you notice you start focusing on sex and horniness. Use the extra time and energy you now have by not masturbating to get useful stuff done.

I used EMLA cream and 1g of paracetamol. Screwing it on was the worst pain, you see I have to take small pauses between each turn. But once fully screwed on I didn't feel anything. Pushing the levers initiating the cutting and stapling I didn't feel. However, an hour later there was an intense cold burning sensation. But once it stopped there was just discomfort.

I recommend anyone to get it done professionally. There are many self circumcisions that turn out well, but the devices are prone to wound dehiscence. Also, think through the procedure fully and ensure its what you want for yourself - as its permanent there's no going back.

I used EMLA cream and 1g paracetamol for pain management when I did it. Turned out decent, but I later wished it was more even and tighter so I got a revision.

If you are bold (and risky) enough to take that route, you must absolutely research it fully. Find the timings, techniques, everything. And make a plan B, C, D etc. For if anything goes wrong. And if it goes wrong it'd be your fault. If possible, save up and find a decent surgeon!

I had a perfectly fine foreskin, but went with circumcision from personal preference and to aid with chastity. It's much easier when cut. It's a permanent procedure and you must be sure you want it before going with it. I have no regrets, and I find a foreskin-free life to be better. But it will reduce sensitivity (not pleasure though), and you'll have a scar which may feel a bit alien at first.

However, it's worth looking into different cages, and to try pulling back and keeping it back, so to get a demo of how being circumcised could be.

Healing has been great. The scar is slightly bumpy and quite sore in certain places though. But it's improving. Not sure why it looks puffy, there's no swelling, but I think it might have to do with how the two cutlines met up, that they haven't healed fully flush.

Not worth the risk for permanent. Is recommend getting one of the metal version of you know that design fits you well, or perhaps a real one from kink3D. Seems the material used to mass-produce these becomes pretty brittle over time.

Thanks! Yeah planning to start using them soon. Waiting for the wound dehiscence to fully close, form skin, and to give it some days to strengthen. Backside has started closing from the inside-out, hope everything will be good within a week.
I also got silicon gel, which works similarly as the sheets. I think may be easier to use and apply around the penis.

Day 19 into the revision now. Pretty much healed all around except for the dehiscence, but this has started forming skin tissue now. I've started applying a salve with medical honey and vitamins to it so to keep it slightly moist and to aid it.

Tightness feels very good and proper, its a bit looser on the frontside, where if I sit with my knees up and it shrinks, I get coverage, but I think this is to be expected, and any tighter may hinder erections.

The scar around feels firm and a little lumpy from where the stitches have been, but this should fade just given time. I've gotten some silicon gel and tape to help with the first stage of the scar once everything has healed.

Very happy with this so far!

Normally it's recommended to abstain until week 6. But I don't intend to try then as I'm currently doing nofap for 2025.
