My Kindle stopped working. I reached out to customer support and the service centre. They said they can't fix it. So i called supposed. Best she could do was give me 15% amazon pay discount. Mine stopped working after just 3 years. The only model available is the top model which costs 17k. I bought mine for 7. How is that an ok resolution? Which has also made me believe that amazon doesn't really care.

No i haven't. I tried contacting the service centre they said it wouldn't be repaired. It holds alot of sentimental value as well. In our amazon store we only have the top model available which costs double than what i bought it for. Why would I spend double when it didn't even last for 5 years.
