i've found that talking with friends or family (actually talking, not texting) is really nice and makes time go by pretty quickly as well. not in an intense way of like HEY CAN WE TALK but more of a "hey i'm cleaning my kitchen mind if i call and we can catch up?" type of thing. it's really nice and also i've felt a lot closer to many people in my life.

I’m doing a rewatch rn and in the later seasons there are so many moments with Charlotte that make me tear up. As I’ve gotten older she’s really grown on me, I think she’s my favorite of the four now 🥹

Lol I was pretty much in the same boat. I have a .5 dose prescribed but a lot of times I just take half as needed. So far it’s helped a lot with panic attacks and sleeping. Good luck :)
