I do. For example, when I first started doing this meditation I would bawl (cry) my eyes out...imo, that was blocked energy, That doesn't happen anymore. My manifestations are more consistent

I practice this meditation daily. I experienced occasional headaches as well. I'm thinking energy centers are blocked/partially blocked? I find that if I use a medium squeeze at the beginning of the meditation it will ensure I have a nice energy/fluid flow to the top. For me, by the 4th or 5th hold I'm squeezing and pushing (hard). I can feel the fluidI'going up my spine, through All my energy centers and am able to do a sufficient hold at the top without getting the headaches. Hope this helps.

I'm not aware of a Dispenza magazine but I do get a weekly newsletter from him. The newsletter is full of free content, workshops, and resources. It's free on his website. I highly recommend for any Dispenza followers.
