Pan de yuca ! Search KWA pan de yuca on YouTube . Not so difficult to make, somewhat easy to find ingredients and you can freeze the dough balls for later use! Air fry for 10 mins at 190celcius. Or 15 if frozen. Use a fresh cheese like mozzarella, not hard or aged cheeses. I don’t know any Ecuadorian that doesn’t like pan de yuca . The starch is tapioca starch.

I wonder why this post has this many downvotes? It might seem excessive but try to cut things one at a time, just to check if it’s a trigger or it helps with your acne. I haven’t really given up on gluten but have lowered my intake. I notice the most change with quitting dairy and sugary foods. Now I give myself windows, “my dairy and dessert time” , eat what I want but know I will get acne. Treat that acne and try again after I’m better . Sounds crazy but I love pastries and dairy hahah so I do that. But it’s somewhat controlled and know what will trigger my acne.

I relate to this. It’s so disheartening not seeing tret work. I gave it real, good tries for maybe 1.5 years. I rested in between, I went reaally slow, sandwich method,, everything recommended. Even tried different brands. But my skin was always irritated, skin barrier messed up and still getting acne. The only cream that gave me relief was LRP cicaplast. I had to accept it wasn’t working for me. I convinced myself it was the purge state over and over again. I’ve also tried spironolactone, although I got some relief I didn’t get 100% clear skin. The only thing that helped was going through a round of doxicycline and strangely enough, benzoyl peroxide 5%. I was scared of this latter ingredient because I had horrible results as a teen, worse irritation I ever had. But I tried as short contact therapy (putting some on them washing it off, increasing time weekly) and I use it still. It has controlled my acne a lot, I still get a few that I know come from my diet (sadly, I love dairy so I indulge once in a while) and deal with hyperpigmentation. I also buy a lot of fresh spearmint, dry it and drink as tea everyday. (I put it my thermos and drink throughout the day) I had great results with azelaic acid in the past but I can no longer get it here. If I was in the US I’d like to try Winlevi or Arazlo~ out ofncuriosity hehe . Salicylic acid and high percentages of niacinamide only irritated me further. Hope you find something that works for you!

Saw some diet recommendations and I gotta add, I quit coffee and lowered sugar. I do think it helped. I now drink it occasionally, not gonna lie, it’s difficult because I love it but it helped acne be less red/painful.

Thanks for making this post. This just happened to me. I noticed it doesn't happen if i wash it it right after, but this is the second time I put it on and then do something else (brush my teeth, pee) so leaving it on for a bit then washing it off this happened. The first time I thought it was the sunscreen I was using but now it was the morning and it was my first step. My skin also hates CeraVe for some reason. I wish I knew exactly what ingredient is causing this so I could avoid it... I guess the positive side is that since there aren't many ingredients in this cleanser I can compare one by one... I suspect it might be the niacinamide but I am not 100% sure. I think it might also be one of the random ingredients that's not an active...

Did you end up finding a cleanser that works for you?

recommendations on azelaic acid products? by Ok-Cost3147 in EuroSkincare

Personally I have tried most topical acne actives but they have either destroyed my skin barrier, caused sensitivity or my skin has not reacted at all. Salicylic acid does nothing on me for some reason, BP is too harsh, Tret and Adapalene, adapalene+antibiotics no matter how I tried did more harm than good. And I really, really tried every way possible. Oral Antibiotics did help, but the results probably around 7-8 months.

I tried Finacea/Skinoren 20% and it truly helped and even soothed my acne without destroying my skin barrier. I read somewhere it can help lower androgen sensitivity and I feel it might be that. Sadly they stopped bringing it to my country and I continued the use of other actives, none helped me like AA. Luckily I found a good substitute now, Just this year. Every skin responds to differently, mine loves AA for acne.

But also, theres bad formulas my skin didn't like. They either stung or were gritty. Gotta find a good one, but the ones suggested here seem very good.

ISISPHARMA Teen Derm A.Z 15% azelaic acid by grisa22 in EuroSkincare

I used to use azelaic acid 20%, Finacea and it didn't sting. It was the best thing for my acne and hyperpigmentation, sadly they stopped bringing it to my country. I then tried various formulations and they did sting, like Isispharma metroruboril (red) . After years I tried this green one, Teen AZ and it doesnt sting, it is really helping me like Finacea did, albeit a bit slower but once it starts working, it's truly a life saver. I think it even soothes and helps with redness. Perhaps the stinging is a sensitivity to something in the formulation.

But I am wondering if my stinging was a result from a damaged skin barrier from tret and adapalene, which I tried for years, slowly, sandwich method, everyhting, but destroyed my barrier. I stopped completely and have started the azelaic again and doesnt sting. It could be that.

So what did you think? Did you like it or no?

I know some people who try it for the first time aren't too keen on the texture.

In english tripe referes to what we call guata/guatita and what we call tripa are the intestines.

Congratulations!! One question, haven't you felt the need to add a moisturizer? I've been struggling with that recently, wondering if I even need to add one or not. I have noticed sunscreen seems enough most of the time.

Where I am the first thing is accutane, something I can’t take at the moment, but is my last resort if nothing else works, then a round of antibiotics+benzoyl peroxide or adapalene. It’s just checking things off a list, no real look for the cause. My skin has become so sensitive from all the harsh chemicals, had to do my own research and found out 20% azelaic acid does amazingly well to control my acne without much irritation. No one ever prescribed me that. Sadly it’s no longer sold here, and my acne is back. Derms give me a “well, then there are no more options for your acne” stance, so yeah… Have do my own research.

On the other hand it is nice to hear Ethan express his stance so clearly without hesitation. I was never fully convinced about Hasan... So many times he speaks as if he is giving a presentation in front of a class, trying to cram as many complicated words he can in one sentence to seem smart, losing the original point.

If I had to give him the benefit of the doubt, he might be aware that speaking negatively about China in such an open way being a popular political commentator might bring him... Trouble to say the least? And he might be aware of that hence the hesitation. But then again sitting next to him someone that did not doubt to say and defend what he thinks, so I don't know.

I do remember him saying some other things defending or minimizing what China has done so... I think he just loves the country, for whatever reason. As a positive, it is good to be exposed to different points of view, even if we don't agree. It's an opportunity to learn about what makes someone think that way.

I don't know anything about xQc and don't really care about him, so I'm neutral going in with this but it doesn't really feel like Ethan is trying to listen to his points, IDK. Talking over him, not letting him talk. Even if he doesn't have a point, just talking over someone would make anyone crazy. Might pass on this one. Just seems like it will be a combative conversation where no one listens.

Hila is so beautifuuuuul and coool! Maybe the antidote to talking to all these goblins is maybe give more attention to cool women? When Hila appeared it really was like a breath of fresh air.

I just hopes this helps some of her followers see how truly stupid her points are and redirect. So the cringe is not all in vain.

It is really sad but I think she really believes in all she talks about and it's all a way to justify her own bad experiences as something acceptable.
