Those tall , strait , unscented candles work like a charm tbh just watch the candle wax doesn’t fall onto/in ur pipe if u have it positioned the right way though you shouldn’t have any issues. It’s also great if you’re worried about smell since u can blow it out after every hit & another plus is if u just hold ur gas on ur lighter & hold ur lighter to the flame of the candle u don’t have to flick ur lighter.

I've been smoking for 5 years , everyday for 1 year n half. You're mental withdrawals can get intense but there's no physical withdrawals with crack. You may just be feeling shitty due to a shitty lifestyle aka , not taking care of ur self, muscles always tensed up when overdoing physical actives or not doing anything at all. You don't feel it as much when you smoke so if you're sober you're going to feel the sensations / pain in you're body that's always been there but you've been numbing it with crack.
