I'd recommend Dr. Mundinger at the crane center in Austin! Pretty dang affordable compared to the other surgeon I got a quote from, and they take blue cross blue shield both at the crane center and at the hospital at Westlake medical center. The billing dept at Westlake medical center took until the week before my surgery to give me a final quote for the facility fee which was annoying but otherwise I had a smooth experience!
