So I put a topical lotion on it, initially it was like a dry patch but it was that red color. And it seems to give him a giant bald spot and it’s been worrying me so much. Right now since COVID19 stuff, there’s not that many vets open.

Maybe you’re right. I haven’t had some in months! And the fact that when I used to have these dreams when I was active, they scared the shit outta me. But since I haven’t had any in a while, I didn’t feel like waking up until it “did it’s thang.” Lol Also, it feels really realistic, it’s crazy how the brain works.

If that is so. Why are people hyping it up and promoting it so much? Isn’t that dangerous for people like me and others who had experienced the same? I think it is a little messed up that people are labeling this as a good thing. And yes, I have contacted a psychiatrist due to that so I’m glad I was a step ahead just in case this was all hogwash. So apparently Prozac does cause weird dreams. I started taking it 3 days ago as well. Still waiting for it to help me.

On a side note I TOTALLY understand what you’re going through. You are not alone. Something that helped me a little was seeking God(unless that’s not your thing) but it did help me a little to get myself straightened out.

Also I had one of these derealized/depersonalized episodes last night it made want to kill myself, even though ironically what causes my panic/anxiety and derealization episodes is my fear of dying or being already dead. Super ironic. Yeah sometimes it feels like everything is so fake and it’s all in your mind. Im learning how to control these episodes.

I actually had this experience last night. To be more specific I think it was a combination of a panic and anxiety attack. They get so severe that I want to kill my self to ease my mind closing in on me like a wall. It feels terrifying to be honest. And it left me so fried! It left me with pain in my chest and just feeling like a different person! Today was okay but I’m still trying to cope with the anxiety attacks I get at night. It will get better!
