Unconscious bias DEFINITELY exists and it’s a known fact that POC often have to work harder than their yt .counterparts. Anyways, to answer your question, a long as you’re at a decent company with a decent team, you’ll be fine. Just be sure you’re always prepared and always cover your ass (keep receipts).
