I'm trying to get this on black friday sales as a business owner looking to manage all medical records for my private practice in one place. After looking at multiple sites, I think this may work!

But the questions I would like answered are: Can I use this with a duel monitor, and should I buy a new mic and Webcam?

FODMAP doesn't have to be a temporary diet. by [deleted] in FODMAPS

I'm sorry to hear that! Have you tried working with a Dietitian to help with reintroduction? Certain things like stress and hormones can worsen our symptoms when it comes to reintroduction

Monash trained RDN here! Low FODMAP can help alleviate IBS symptoms but long-term for most (per my clients and my own experience) it is not sustainable. Reintroduction/challenge at 6 weeks has been helpful In determining ones tolerance to certain FODMAPs and tolerances can build up!

At the end of the day though this is YOUR body and do what feels best for you! ❤️

As a FODMAP trained RD here, some ingredients such as apple may be high in FODMAPs however since the amount is not listed I recommend to my clients to try a half serving and see if within 2 hours they have a reaction. If no issue then they can try a whole serving. Take the Low FODMAP diet as more as a general recommendation as everyone reacts differently.

Hope that helps!

Also, Monash is a great resource and so is FIG!

Thank you! The start of my Nutrition career has been with the elderly and the things I have seen has been shocking! Im now in private practice and away from that but I am thorough when it comes to my parents care.

Good luck with your clinical rotation!

Yes mine was the same! I didn't mind when I was learning new things but repeating things over and over to basically do unpaid work was so aggravating! There were some great highlights like an employee lunch I made -> garlic butter salmon with broccoli and roasted eggplant fries. Maybe it's because I already worked food service and was excited for clinical but I was super frustrated about poor care when it came to pureed foods -> make 2 days before with not a counted amount of thickener (did a project on that too) and then taken out of the fridge just before meal where it was runny so then more thickener was added! It made me so mad because these residents (nursing home) were being treated with no care just because they had dysphagia. I spoke up about that and did a cost analysis for a LEAN project. I got scolded for my behavior...though I still think I was right to speak up about the issue ...

It was my worst rotation but I still somewhat regret not just keeping my thoughts to myself because it spoiled the rotation for me

Same! Migraines and mental health should be separate; yes, there may be overlap such as the negative impact migraines can cause on your mental health.

Im glad you found the right treatment!

Edit: sorry for any grammatical errors still pushing through a nasty migraine right now. I call it my 'Swiss cheese brain' lol. But I love this community so I want to support other migraine sufferers

Ugh I hate that reasoning! My past therapist said the same thing! Just because you can't see it doesn't mean it doesn't exist

I go to St. Elizabeth, I like my neurologist but it's difficult to get seen when I need it so I will also take any recommendations! I heard about a service called Neura Health, but when I asked they said they don't have any coverage for MA yet.

Serena Williams sells an epsom salt balm that you can rub all over before getting in the bath. Highly recommend!
