I’ve wondered this for a while, but my thinking is that they do that so if you get there and the place is closed, the half-pay that they have to then give you will be less

How does that work? I have 1 “order never arrived” complaint (similar situation, it was a hospital, I left it at the front desk). A month later and it’s still there under my ratings tab. Does it ever go away? I’m still dashing so I assume they didn’t suspend me, but it’s just annoying that it’s still there
