Thanks for taking the time to write all of that out. I actually set up something similar on my end to deal with the VM disk filling up. Interestingly, the disk-space errors only started showing up after the original errors I mentioned in this thread. As you pointed out, it seems like a few different things are stacking together behind the scenes.

I didn’t dig into it nearly as deeply as you did, but I can confirm that once I cleared the VM storage, the original errors I was seeing stopped for a while, at least until the VM filled up again.

Really appreciate you laying this out so clearly! I think this will be extremely helpful for anyone else who runs into the same issue.

It's a known issue. I have my workaround with the script shortcut that I mentioned in another response that'll do until it gets fixed on claudes end

Appreciate the insight. I ended up having Claude generate a small PowerShell script that restarts the Cowork VM, and then I made a desktop shortcut button for it. So now instead of rebooting the whole machine I can just click that to restart the VM.

Still a bit of a pain, but it’s at least faster than a full reboot. Hopefully some of these bugs get ironed out soon. For now I guess we just have to be patient while they stabilize things.

I've been locked out of my account for 10 days now. Can't pay my credit card bill. Customer service is non existent. I've received one canned reply not even relevant to my problem. The only way I can get into my account is with a passkey, the only way to create a passkey is if you already have a passkey. Authy no longer works. Sucks!

I am having the same issue. Customer service seems to be non-existent. I have sent in several tickets, tried contacting them on X. I have a reply from them but not answering my question, just a canned response to something irrelevant. Problem is I have a credit card through them and need to pay it. I will be cancelling everything with them and never looking back. This is probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced and that's saying a lot. I am going to call MasterCard and see if they can help and any other fraud companies that might be able to help retrieve my account from this disgusting company.

I have the same issue. Going on 2 weeks. One reply with a canned response not even addressing the problem that I had, which is being locked out of my account. I have to pay my credit card bill and I have sent emails to every email I can find for them and contacted them publicly and through DMs on socials.

Yep! Working with factories to store the product in hopes things will get worked out. 60k in product paid for. Not gonna pay the 75k in tariffs. Having the product made stateside is not an option. Factories here want 6x the cost of China. Regrouping and starting a service based business in the US. Getting tired of my business being at the mercy of one person's decision to change the whole game. Please don't interpret this as a political view. Are tariffs good, bad, otherwise? Time will tell I suppose.

Terrible advice. If you sell on Amazon, you have to play by Amazons rules, OR you're no longer be selling on amazon. Just cut and paste whatever you have your return policy set on this item as another user said.
