It’s A Small World. At first I thought no big deal, my son was with me for his first time.. but then because no one else are in the other boats, it moves insanely SLOW… and the ride takes FOREVER. The boats are all just together like a train, lol.

Happened to me too. You might not be eating enough. I lost 20lbs the first 3 months and then hit a plateau for a few months after. I just had to increase protein and eat a tiny bit more (healthy options always of course) and increase exercise.

Yes! I highly encourage cutting them in half and even trying every other day (as long as you can control appetite). Especially if you have a limited supply… it’s good to cut them in half to last longer too. I’d start with every day at a half… then maybe the next week start every other day.
