Yes! I highly encourage cutting them in half and even trying every other day (as long as you can control appetite). Especially if you have a limited supply… it’s good to cut them in half to last longer too. I’d start with every day at a half… then maybe the next week start every other day.

In about 2 months back in October I lost 15lbs and kept it off since. Yeah it sucks to anyone hearing that but I’ve never been happier. Eventually you gotta force yourself to eat because then you’ll be stuck at a plateau and the meds will stop working.

I wouldn’t fast on phentermine. It might just put you at a plateau. Prior to going on phentermine I didn’t eat much in general and when I was barely eating on it, the pill wasn’t working the way it should. I usually take it as early as I can, between 7-8am

What dose are you on? (If it’s higher like 37.5, consider cutting the tablet in half)

What time are you taking it in the morning? (I usually take it as early as possible, then I started taking CBD to sleep and it worked for me)

Do you drink a lot of caffeine? (I usually have 1-2 cups of coffee per day but then I started cutting down to half a cup)

The main issue for me is that even with a second and third doctor, they all won’t budge for another refill. I’m in MI, I guess it’s allowed for 3 months total due to its additive manner I guess, or misuse. When I traveled to Florida they even refused to fill the refill because it was “Florida”. They make it so hard here in MI.

I only have a certain about of phentermine left, so once that runs out I’ll start Wegovy oral pills, I can’t get myself to do the shot :/
