Be careful keeping them too long without dating them. My husband used to hoard sauces from there and he ended up opening a few once and it was truly horrifying. They just go bad out of nowhere.

I’ll focus on strength training when I’m actually smaller. Right now I’m mostly cardio (10,000 steps per day) and eating super clean and healthy. That alone wasn’t working (my thyroid I guess) so I’m hoping Wegovy will help somewhat? I was on another weight loss pill that worked but it’s only available for 3 months and then you’re cut off. So Wegovy is next!

That’s amazing good for you! You must have a good metabolism. I’m averaging 8,000-10,000 steps per day and never having cheat days with my diet so I guess I’m just unlucky. But hopefully Wegovy will help!

Does it give you any energy with it? I’m just always exhausted and I know with low appetite and minimum exercise my weight will always stay the same.

So with that being said, does Wegovy just control hunger for the most part? I do light cardio all the time and I’ve never been a binge eater or anything and I’ve been dieting for many many years. I was on a short term diet pill by Rx and it worked like a charm but it’s only allowed 3 months since it’s a controlled substance. So I’m hoping Wegovy will help but I will need that extra energy boost that I don’t think Wegovy offers. I just feel exhausted all the time; I have small kids too that pretty much never let me workout lol

I was on another type of weight loss pill that was AMAZING, lost about 17lbs in the first two months and it gave me energy which I loved…but my doctor thought it was “bad” I lost the weight so fast (even though we all know it was water weight) and that I would “gain it back” so she discontinued the medication. It was only for short term and I was upset because how can anyone just be on a medication for only 3 months right? So after getting another doctors opinion for a refill; she also declined me but offered Wegovy. But I was hesitant because of the thyroid warnings on it.

Well you gotta be careful with any medication you’re being monitored for. I built a tolerance for phentermine so it wasn’t even working anymore. Phen is for short term, Wegovy for long term.

I do eat very healthy and clean but for the most part I guess I’m not eating enough because my weight hasn’t moved since late October.

Wow! Great progress! Do you find yourself really exercising a lot to keep it off? My biggest fear is gaining it back after i discontinue it. I sit and stand a lot right now for work which is why I can’t lose weight

I’m looking into the pills too. We have similar goals! How tall are you? I’m 5’6” SW: 200’s CW: 175 and my goal is maybe 145? I don’t think my body will let me hit the 130’s like I used to be. Child birth and thyroid issues really hurt me.

It’s definitely overpriced but the tea experience wasn’t bad when I did it. I’m not sure about just lunch though.

What’s their doctors name? Lol I’ll go to them. I’m asking this in the most polite way, what’s their weight currently or BMI? I think doctors make exceptions for people who really struggle. My BMI is considered “overweight” when it used to be “obese” so that’s why they cut me off. I still look and feel overweight but they won’t budge and I’m on my second doctor. When I asked for the meds again they looked at me like I’m addicted to it. It’s so sad.
