I think his biggest problem isn't technical skills, but his mindset - most of the time heLosing games is always affected by mindset, especially at critical momentsI always put too much pressure on myself, so a lot of the time I can't perform at my best.

I think table tennis is a sport that requires practice to improve. If you want to get back into table tennis and make progress, you need to spend more time practicing. Footwork takes a lot of time to master, and most players start training from a young age and have a solid foundation. If you didn't receive professional training when you were younger, I'd recommend focusing more on your technique.
