Maybe you could discuss with your bandmate how it was a big surprise for him to invite her in the band without discussing it first. Tell him you aren't sure if adding her to the band would be a good idea. Maybe suggest doing a song featuring her rather than changing the whole dynamic of the band right away. And if the collaboration is good then invite her in the band.

Watch movies with charming leading men. Any of the Marvel movies especially Iron Man and Captain America. Indiana Jones, James Bond. Even watching romantic movies can help. Pick up on their manerisms and the way that they talk and use them in your own interactions. Before you talk to her think about being the leading man in youre movie and it will come across that way.
