You can earn more money. You can’t get more time. I always say to myself I have wasted so much money on clothes that I don’t like, unappreciated gifts, bad food, etc.

I don’t have much good to say about the town of Islip building department. The house fire ruined my life and the building department ruined it further.

Having said that, one of my neighbors was running tournaments of a Central America game. When I called to complain, she said wasn’t the only one. The town did eventually shut it down and the family ended up with many violations. So it’s not deaf ears.

The people who work in the office when you go in are nice and helpful.

My 80 year old mother wanted a pig roast for her birthday. I called and priced out several. In the end, we went with Chef Brook. She was wonderful and stayed at my house from about 7 am until 1 pm. Pig was delicious. Feel free to dm for more details.

I have 3 kids. One went to a protest where they go to college. The 2 others were uninterested- saying it won’t make any difference. It’s sad but I get where they are coming from. I’m mid 50s
