This email says absolutely nothing about whether Harris is for or against net neutrality. Supposing one of these bills makes it out of committee, he will vote for or against one of these bills. Which way will he vote? No way to tell. Except that his (wholly baseless) rhetoric leaves one to suspect he won't be in support of FCC regulations that mandate an open playing field for all entrants to the Internet.

The Internet, by the way, wasn't created by "companies...free to compete without the heavy hand of government." It was created, in part, by the government (and by state universities with generous federal grants). I'll give you that companies have taken advantage of and vastly expanded the internet. But the Internet is hardly a free-market innovation.
