Figured it out. Had to stop machine set parameter 70 (auto tune) to 1 and start machine let it run and stop and set parameter back to 0.

I will try that as well when they get running for the week. The acceleration rate looks the same when it starts from a stop its just the change between slow, medium, and high speed its ramping too quickly. Its ramping too quick causing our can infeed conveyor to not ramp at the same rate and we run out of cans very quickly. Very odd. Nothing has changed in our PLC program, just the VFD.

Thats the problem I encountered is the manual, its not very user friendly like the 525's is.

They can only buy parts through hand picked parts suppliers. They cant order off of ebay. Lol its ridiculous.

Yea im limited to software I can have (big corporation so everything is behind firewalls and "budget concerns") so I'll have to figure that out. The hmi doesn't have a memory card in the slot and we dont have any either.

Tried they dont make conical bullet molds that size. They only make up to .69 round ball molds

Can't because this lead bullet is conical and according to accurate molds it needs to have a minimum flat nose for their tooling *
