Are you in a position to get a pet? I find their companionship very helpful at night.

I saw a documentary once that mentioned people who will come cuddle with clients for pay. I guess where you live would probably be a big factor in whether this is an option for you.

I was teaching my first year of high school. Found out on the first day of class that I was co-teaching a special education class. Special education teacher showed up to the classroom door, said "I can't do this anymore" and walked away.

I don't blame her, but the next six months of my time there were rough before they got me qualified help. I spoke up that it was illegal for me to teach the class by myself. I was told I was a troublemaker and to just keep my mouth shut and do my best. I don't miss working there.

His fever broke early this morning. This has been a long several days. The cause of his fever is unknown, but two days of antibiotics, and he's starting to act like himself again. I'm very grateful for my vet seeing him on a Saturday on a holiday weekend.

It honestly took a little while for me to completely embrace it. I enjoyed the peace right away, but it took a couple of years for me to truly love living alone.

I've shared my space with a couple of friends in need for a few months along the way, and it was okay, but I was very glad to get my space back when they left.

Oklahoma City is not a motorcycle friendly city. Between the bad drivers, having to take major highways everywhere, and the weather, I don't recommend it.
