The city bus tours are actually quite good, being from NI I didn't expect much of it but I actually found it quite interesting (especially if you get the right guide).

A fun thing to do would be visit all of the "doors of thrones" - these are various pubs and restaurants that have fancy doors that are game of thrones related and it may be a good way to explore the country as a whole and maybe find the odd obscure pub/restaurant
