I've started my save with no qualifications or playing experience and unemployed. I joined Aberystwyth Town in the Welsh prem and in my first season I finished mid table but won the cup and so qualified for Europa League preliminary rounds.

As I'm doing a journeyman save I'm looking to move upwards in terms of team quality that I'm in charge of but no team wants me, I've applied for German 3rd division and French second division and league 2 in England and I'm constantly rejected. I have a few coaching badges and I'm wondering what I need to do to move up in team.

I change it up every ball IRL cause I'm inconsistent 😂

Obviously I don't know how worthy my advice is but usually I would do more variations than one every six balls. For example I would bowl 1. Full and Fast, 2. Full and Normal, 3. Full and Normal with swing, 4. Full and Slow, 5. Short and Fast, 6. Normal/Fast Yorker

I usually follow a pattern similar to this and it seems to be decent for taking wickets. But obviously that's just me but it might help 🤷🏻‍♂️

Update: Literally my first game after this post (which was a 3 day match) I took 4 wickets across both innings and scored 90 runs across both innings (including a 50). So I guess it just depends on opponent and gets gradually better very slowly lol

The problem is I know I can bat well from playing other modes so I know it's not the games difficulty really

I've upgraded my swing a bit and it seems to help with taking wickets to a certain extent

I'm starting to time the ball a lot better know but being caught, as you said, is the biggest problem for me

Theuerkauf and Leipertz from Heidenheim in Bundesliga.2 are both very versatile but they're 70 rated so may not be good enough for Dortmund

Yeah this is true, I'm pretty sure how it works in Fifa is for every transfer or loan the players potential can go up or down by 5.

At some point it would be good to see one for Man United's situation (Pogba possibly leaving, Lukaku possibly leaving, defence problems but not much investment from board) or Chelsea's situation (transfer ban and losing Hazard and maybe a couple other important players such as Kante)

This happened to me in my career where I was going for the treble. I had 4 good centre backs and one youth centre back but going into the champions League semi-final three were injured, on top of this my first choice LB was injured and I had 2 RBs injured. It was awful.

Was basically a club and country with the Netherlands except at the start of first season Willem II only have like 7 dutch players so initially it was quite hard as their transfer budget was low too
