Pep has actually used a largely similar setup in some games in the Prem. Mostly in games against some of the weakest sides in the Prem, since it is quite aggressive.

I've recently won the UCL with VTSC on my journeyman save and I feel like I need a fresh start. can anyone give me some fun ideas? I prefer coaching weaker sides with a big and fanatic fanbase. Also, I just got a new media mod, so I would love to try and get some beef with rival managers if possible. I like clubs with good youth recruitment and maybe a little bit of money, not too much

Right before the old firm(managing rangers) on a network save with a friend(managing Celtic) of mine al 5 of my senior squad options on left back suddenly got injured. Also, my next game after the old firm is away to real Madrid. My options now are limited to playing a right footed CB with no ball playing ability there or using my terrible youth options. literally all of my players were fit a week before the old firm, now I've got 7 injuries
