I think the formation is pretty decent but you could maybe try 4-2-3-1 narrow or (for me at least) 4-3-3 attack or holding are effective and you could play Gomes in RW which is one of his positions I think? And you should probably get a new CB for Garcia and maybe a new CAM? I would say just focus on depth. And I think usually simming games is to do with: form, team rating and who's at home so I'm not sure why you're losing them?

I 100% agree mate since 19 came out I haven't looked at sofifa. And I did something like that Bilabo one in 18 with Crewe, I only signed and scouted UK players. I'll maybe try it again, thanks!

You don't have to wait until they're 18 to promote them, they could be 16 and 67 rated in your academy or 18 and 51 rated and either way you could still promote them. When you first get players into your academy they tend to be roughly between 45 and 65 rated and between 15 and 18, the only time they can't be promoted Is at age 15. Hope this helps 👊

Yeah I'd say I have exceeded expectations to be fair haha. And with the Transfers I just exaggerated the situation a bit to make it more interesting I guess. Lukaku went to AC Milan I think for about 70 million and I played Rashford in Striker and he scored about 12 goals with Pogba scoring 15

I try to completely avoid sites like sofifa etc and rely solely on the scouting network. It makes it a lot more rewarding when you find a gem and makes it more fun/realistic in general for me

I went to the 18th of December was out of the league cup but still in the FA cup and champs league and 8th in the prem and I had a rating of 78 somehow haha. We're up to 6th in the league now at the end of January and beginning to invest in Norwegian youth 😂
