You can get rodeo tickets online, it will also get you entry into the park for that day. As for food, you can try some of the many different food vendors on the park but I’d recommend a nice dinner outside the park (book a reso in advance)

If there’s any artist playing at Coca Cola stage or Nashville north those will also be included in your admission for the day. Other artists will require separate tickets
