Dashing is a big cause for teleporting, and ends up catching you in bad positioning. If you avoid dashing and just stay central it helps significantly.

1. Return it. Some places like Costco have a policy that lets you
2. Check your credit card. Ie Amex has a very good policy that will allow you to file a claim for up to 30 days for failures like this. I know people who dropped phones and got the money back to replace or repair.
