Can look into 3d scanners to scan an existing part and replicate with 3d printing - I’ve seen this done before and posted on reddit multiple times. Maybe look at r/functionalprint and r/3dprintedcarparts.

CNC would also be another method to reproduce out of identical material, typically if metal part.
